Sir i tried two times for estimate in artimis hospital. For my father Lungs cancer treatment but co ordinator of Dr. Hari goyal not able to give estimate in proper format.
Such a big Personality Dr. and this type o[censored]n talented co ordinator doesn't match.
Sir please do some thing. Today I call co ordinator at [protected] but he has not good behave and cut my phone.

Sir I have applied for changing the father name by putting surname and address in hospital record with all affidavit and documents but sarita madam refuses to change in address by saying that we have no space in register to write new address. I came from Rohtak and she wasted by 2 days and in last she gives me application for only correction in father surname, she is not providing me letter for changing address. She is so unhelpful for people and forcing me to visit again and again in hospital and MCG office.

Final she is not doing my work. So bad behaviour. Instead staff from MCG office said that address in birth certificate can be changed if you get letter from hospital and she is refused aagain and again and do not give in written.

Pls provide me details that can you give letter for address change or not

I visited this hospital 2 times and facing same issues every time. I booked my appointment through their Artemis app and paid in advance but doctor is not available on the scheduled time. On my first visit on Dec 18, 2021 I need to wait for almost one hour. Now again this is my second visit on Jan 05, 2022 doctor is still not available. They always claiming that doctor is in OT. Now God knows when there is already an appointment, how come doctor is always in OT

The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen, they simply want to extract money from patients.I had taken my mother on 13th sep 2021 @4 pm to to see a neurologist (Dr Ishu Goyal)with a prior appointment and I was told to enter from emergency gate because according to the guard v could find a wheelchair there only for .The hospital staff instead of taking us to the doctor's chambers, took her to emergency saying that this is the only way to her chamber. In a flash dr and nurses there started working on my mother by giving glucose, put her on oxygen, gave her some injection even after stopping them. we insisted that we only want to see Dr Ishu as v have a prior appoinent but they didn't listen to us.They asked us why have u come from emergency gate then? After we made huge roar over the issue, they told is to clear the bill and take out our mother from there. The staff there only want to to make money, they are trained in such a way that patients are only seen as money minting machines. They charged us for the services v never asked for.Never take ur loved ones to this hospital.

I'm a disabled person and an orphan too. I don't have my right limb. For my left remaining limb suffering from Filariasis I got admitted by my company. The doctor beat me hardly after doing my anesthesia on the OT.
Next day I had complaint against that doctor and a nurse that I could pull me up on comma or could impact severely on my health and beating a disabled is against the government rules.
The nurse was doing nasty things with the ward boy at late night when I was shouting and calling the nurse out of pain several times.
Then the doctor next day came to me and blackmailed me in order to take back my complaint.
I do have proves along with the evidences was present on the OT and the CCTV footage they saw I'm telling right. Then they sent the doctor to me and the doctor started blackmailing me by several ways. I need justice being a disabled person and the respect I had lost. 8588...0..2..7..86..9

On 02/03/21 around 0700 Hrs due to severe chest, back, neck & both arms pain, I Rajesh Yadav went to Artemis Hospital, Gurugram, Sector-52 in emergency. On reporting in emergency, the medical staff allotted Bed No. ER-06 and taken ECG, B.P, etc. ECG was reported to be normal and BP reading was 140/90. Later they on the advise of Dr. Hemant taken sample for some enzyme test related to Cardio & report was reported to be 'Negative' at around 1030 Hrs. Dr. Hemant & Dr. Rajesh Kumar Singh directed me to consult Dr. Anurag Passi in Cath Lab for further line of treatment. It is amazing to mention that a patient who is in emergency was supposed to consult Dr. in his chamber instead of approaching Dr. to see the patient in emergency itself. If I was a patient to take treatment on cash basis, I was facilitated properly and admitted for indoor treatment .
The matter was further seen by Dr. Anurag and it was advised to get my stress ECHO done from Lab and to consult in OPD. Accdly, I went to concerned Lab for investigation/ examination but they given me appointment for 5/03/21 at 1600 Hrs. This is also a strange on the part of Hospital & treating staff including above doctors. The stress ECHO must have been done on the very same day treating as an emergency.
In view of above, matter is brought to the kind notice of seniors in your hospital to inquire upon and with the request to redress my grievance appropriately. Further in case of any unforeseen happening to the applicant your good hospital & treating doctors will be solely held responsible.

Yesterday I booked an online appointment for my wife ( neelu grover) to Dr davender Solanki for 16th feb at 12 pm. I was in hospital at 12 pm, cordinator told me that Dr is in OT, I waited for 30 minutes but he didn’t came them mr IPS oberio saw my wife whenever I told him that my wife is undergone treatment of Dr davender Solanki, inspite that he told me to go n make an X-ray
When we went to make for payment of X-rays they told me it is a long waiting n ur number will come after 30 minutes
I came back without any X-ray n without any consulting
Now my request is return back my Rs 1080 which I have paid online
Pl confirm me and try to avoid this further situation I am very embarrassed to see the behaviour of your staff, they are not bothering in covid situation towards senior citizens.

I gave my medicine prescription 3 days back and the shop assistant took a picture and my address and mobile no on a paper.
I waited for 2 days and then called up several times. Another shop assistant told me there was no prescription and they had so many shop assistants so they were not responsible for any delivery. On the glass they have written home delivery. I again sent the prescription on WhatsApp. Today it is 3 days and the medicines have not arrived. Such callous and irresponsible behavior.

The hospital doesn't care about patients as everytime an online appointment is booked, the doctor (Dr. Kapil Jamaal, in this case) is in a procedure and asks the patient to consult with a junior doctor. This is highly unprofessional of a doctor. The hospital should either stop taking online appointments or should make sure that the doctor is available for the patients.

Yesterday i requested for appointment of dr sima dhir md, but the person refused to give appointment saying that dr seema does not check cghs patients. Appointment can be given for some junior doctors like dr gorav.
Appointment is never given for seniors doctors in all units. Why indescriminate with cghs senior citizen. It will surely will be taken with director cghs and centre ministry of health

I was so serious and went to hospital n wanted to het hospitlized. First they denied bcoze they did not have beds/rooms available then they said I need to get registration done then they can arrange a bed for me. I completed registration part and righr that they said they can't admin me. I had no choice so asked them for registration fee refund they said it can't b refunded. I filled a feedback form n after 2 months I got a call and a lady said she is going to refund it. Its been again 2 months n no refund or call from Artimis team. NEVER GO TO SUCH HOSPITAL. IT'S BETTER TO CHOOSE A GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL THAN ARTIMIS.

M 47 yrs old single lady. Referred by echs to admit artemissions hospital. As it was late evening i called them to know is thr bed available they asked me to visit their opd first thn their doctor will decide is it emergency or not. Asked them for opd timing they cut the phone without reply as they r bus and i was wasting their time. Next day i visited the hospital emergency. I was not able to walk and chat properly. But they asked me to first visit opd. I took token for registration. Token no 364 was doing necessary formalities for opd and my token no. Was 371. After waiting more thn 1 hr as there was only one person for registration desk, they called token no. 371, i said to do registration for physician, but i was shocked when they said no physician is available and i should come next day. When i request them they asked me to go help desk. I told them that m not feeling well and request them to make a appointment and they helped me. After 15 minutes i was outside of a physician room. I was surprised that patients were coming there continously it means doctor was not available only for echs patients. After waiting for 30 minutes it was my turn till thn i was almost unconscious bcz there was no seat for me. Yes only for me. There were 3 chairs first 3 african citizens were sitting there may b one was patient. When a patient came after me the hospital staff asked one person to offer his seat to that lady patient. After watching me doctor asked me to go emergency and prescribed me some injections immediately. I requested him to admit me for further test as it was already 5 pm and my home is too far it will take 2 to 3 hr. And prescribed drip will take minimum 2hr more. As he was aware of my condition he talked with someone and called a wheelchair for me. At 5.30 i was on bed in emergency ward. I was feeling cold but nobody was attending me. After requesting two sisters twice a got a bedsheet after one hr. I requested sisters and assistant to send doctor to give me medicine for headache. After one hr the doctor came and i told him that nobody is attending me, even they have not started medicine. He said i gave them the second copy of prescription as they misplaced the original one. At 7 pm one person came and said there is no bed if i'll pay they will give me the prescribed medicine. I told them i have no money and i have echs permission to admit so they can admit me for one day and can give me treatment and can do required tests. The person didn't reply. After requesting every person in emergency ward to send some doctor. At 7.30 one junior doctor came and ask me the problem. I narrated the whole problem but every effort was in vain. I was unconscious or slept for 30 minutes. At 8 pm i got up from bed and searched the doctor who will attend me then one doctor asked me to go inpatient billing department. I went to that department and i had to narrate the whole story again. The person felt sorry for me and asked me to come on 11th november and thn he will arrange a bed for me in his hospital. Wat a great man! I was helpless as he said nobody is there to help me in the hospital. At 8.30 pm i booked a cab, took my bag and left the hospital after 5hr 30 minutes without any treatment.

I have been visiting Artemis Hospital mainly due to proximity to my residence, however the unprofessional attitude towards any concern you raise against mostly incompetent staff including some of the doctors is just brushed under the carpet.

There is no formal way to make complaints. Any given email address doesn't respond including the email of the hospital administrator.

My son suffered at the hands of very incompetent staff during one of the diagnostic radiology tests. The doctors and technical staff do not have any set protocol. Everyone seemed to work on their reaction. They do not care as they know none of the complaints would be heard.

My 4 year old son had to visit emergency later at their hospital to try and fix the mess they created and then I had to pay hefty amount at emergency on top of their industry "best" charges for the diagnostics.

Will continue chasing the administration to raise my voice. No one has even acknowledged it yet.

Just a warning, do not try your luck here unless you need to visit some experts. Not capable of handling small children. And no sense of responsibility with administration. They are there to leech you out of your money.

I visited Artemis Hospital Emergency Room at 19:49 on 8/9/15 as I was suffering from 100 fever. They asked me to lie down to start the procedures. Then one lady doctor (one of the ER team) came and asked me some common questions to diagnose the illness. Though the symptoms were not for Dengue n Malaria she kept on asking me to get those tests done. I felt very suspensions about her that why is she forcing me to get those done. Then after 10-15 mins one more doctor( Arpit Jain) came and checked throughly. I thought it's the normal check up and once done they will prescribe and let me go but it doesn't ends here. Dr. Arpit Jain asked to get CBC done and forget about Dengue & Malaria. Post giving the sample I was asked to clear the bill at the reception. When I went there I was surprised to hear the amount Rs 2040. When I asked for the break up: CBC : 440 Non ER Emergency Consultation: 1600. That is certainly a huge amount to pay just to prescribe Calpol n Pan DSR. Any general could do that, hospital doesn't need a Specialist to write that. I need to contest this as I wasn't given an option to chose the Specialist or not. What if I don't need a specialist consultation which a general physician can do. This is so disappointing and would like to report this as a customer is very dissatisfied. I feel like I am cheated and mislead by Artemis ER Staff. They were not transparent and I don't think I will be coming here ever again. I have paid the amount at that moment but I want to raise this to get the resolution asap. If not received within the timelines then I will not hesitate to approach consumer court n press. Please find attached copy of invoice n prescription.

I would like to file a complaint against Artemise Hospital, Gurgaon. My wife was diagonized with polyp and PCOD, for the same she went through hysteroscpoic septal resection with hysteroscopic cervical polypectomy with laproscopic bilateral ovarian drilling. the procedure was conducted by Dr.nikita trehan in Artemis hopital GURGAON on JUNE 27, 2012. after the surgery my wife's Endometrial curretings were given to Artemis Hospital ito detect genital tuberculosis. The samples were sent to a third party lab- Auroprobe in c-229, defence colony, new delhi. We collected the reports from Artemise hospital on July 03, 2012. The reports clearly shows positive result and specified that given sample contains Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. My wife and i came back home called a gynaecologist from Artemis for further consultation. She asked us to read out the reports over the phone. My wife read out the reports and she said that we are reading it out incorrectly. Because the reports which Artemise has shows negative result and it also says that my sample does not contain Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Which when we came to know about two different and excatly opposite reports. We contacted our doctor Nikita trehan. She advised us that she cannot recommend any treatment basis these reports because we have no idea which report is correct and it would be really incorrect if she starts any incorrect medication. Therefore my wife had to go through the procedure again on July 07, 2012 in Paras Hospital Delhi. I personally contacted Deputy Superitendent Mr and Diagnostic centre head of Artemis on July 09, 2012. I Narrated them full incident and they took it as a feedback but when i asked for the refund of the of the procedure conducted in Artemis and Paras hospital they became very defensive and aggresive. They told me that 40% People in this country is suffereing from this disease and have this Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. But it does not mean that my wife need to worry about anything. She was not suppose to go through the diagnostic procedure again. Such goo[censored]ps keep happening in labs with the report. This is a very common thing and they will not refund me any money. My wife has extreme phobia of needles, injections and surgery and because of Hospital's careless error she had to suffer a lot. She is eunder stress and mental trauma, because of their mistake. I am very disappointed with their reaction. Artemis also made other mistakes, the nurse in the Artemise put IV syringe incorrectly, because of which my wife's hand become swollen and it is still in same painful condition. Second mistake they made with the Final billing, They added extra charges which were already included in the bill. When i pointed out their mistake that's when they realized that the bill was incorrect. Now the third mistake they made with the reports. The hospital is not ready to accept their mistake and take the responsibilty. I need to Know what steps i can take against Artemis Hopital in this scenerio, can i ask for a compensation of the medical procedure and mental harrassment. I had taken an appointment via phone wid doctor neeraj yadav . The appointment was taken on 16th sept 2010 @ 6.30 pm for my mother, it was confirmed by hospital call center staff. when we reached there, there was no doctor to attend us and staff behaviour was very rude and was not ready to cooperate. we were infomed that no doctor was avaliable due to emergency. they have not informed us.
