I ordered few items on artradco on jan-11 with orderid 5257 and when i called them to refund or deliver my items then they misbehave on call and they sent some auto generated messages to my mobile and asked me to forward to them. They wanted to activate something through that message. Ita really fake. How can we take refund not sure.. Pls help. I saw a lot of complaints later in this website. It is more than a month neither refund nor delivery of items.. Order amount was 1279 rs.

I placed an order on 30.01.2020 from the website artradco.jn for dry fruits worth rs. 1445 vide order no. 7126 but the order was never delivered to me. I sent them a no. Of emails asking for the status of delivery but no response received. I request you to kindly take appropriate action action against the website.

I paid 3000rs for products from this website and received order details in email too. But no customer care number or even emails not going to the specified customer care email id. I did cancel the order too but no luck on cancellation email. Raised issue with my bank. Beware of this site.

Had ordered dried fruits and pulses worth Rs. 1306 on 27th Jan 2020 but the order has not been shipped nor a refund done. I had therefore cancelled the order on 12th February. Now I want the refund initiated at the earliest.
