i am house owner, rented thro arul groups. not a single i got rent on time. Arivunambi will be always busy he never attend our phone. Useless customer care team, never get response from them. be careful

Beware of this fraud company. Many house owners, NRI and tenants who trusted this fraud company are now in pain. We rented a house to this agency and fake promise has been given by Arivunambi (Bast**d) and we never got the rent payment from them. They deposited rent for the first two months promptly and headache starts from the third month, they started to play trickily that the fund was not yet come, manager is not here, etc.. They also keep on changing their phone numbers frequently. Customer service is very poor. Please beware of this cheaters.

Arul group property management group -Injambakkam is a no 1 Fraudulent company.They had taken our house for rent and they had leased it to another party .Now they are not paying rent properly to us.More than 3 months of rent is not paid to us and they are just giving false promises.No proper response from any one in the concern.We some how need our dues to be cleared and get our house vacated. Please do not get cheated by this company..We are struggling hard to get our house back :(
I am in Thiruvanmiyur and paid lease amount of 5 lakhs to Nambi. For the last 8 months he did not paid rent to the house owner and return my money. When we call to office his staff says he is meeting and he will call later. But nambi never spoke. He is abscond. Don't believe nambi and his staff Geetha, sethu, Lakshmi, nandini, Helen. All are cheating others.

This is fraud company. They dont pay rent to the house owners and tenant cannot get their lease amount back. Do not get into any dealing with them. Their office is in Injambakkam opposite Prathana theatre and another office in Alandoor.
