[Resolved]  Arvind Gas Agency — Not responding while availing gas connection

Received following letter ====================== Shri/Smt/Kum SHALIN VIJAY VERGEEYA, 535 FIRST FLOOR BACK PORTION BANGALI COLONY CHHAWANI VIJAY NIWAS WARD NO 59 TH LADPURA KOTA RAJASTHAN Rajasthan PIN 324007 Dear Sir/ Madam, Please refer to your booking No. 11692793 dated 24/9/2014 Based on your request, we pleased to offer you a new Bharatgas Connection. To avail your “Bharatgas” connection, please call on us within 15 days from the date of this letter along with this letter in original and the KYC form and documents mentioned as proof of identity and proof of address by you in the same. In case you fail to respond to this intimation letter within the specified period of 15 days, your registration will be treated as cancelled. While you are welcome to purchase a LPG Stove/Cooking range and other products from the range available with us, we would like to make it clear that it is not obligatory for you to purchase the same from us. You are at liberty to buy the LPG Stove /Cooking range from any source so long as it bears ISI mark or is of an approved quality/ make. If you are already in possession of a Hot-Plate/Cooking Range, the same should be inspected by us within 7 days latest, from the date of payment of the inspection charges. Subject to the Hot-Plate/Cooking Range meeting the specifications, the ‘Bharatgas” connection will be installed immediately on payment of applicable charges If you face any difficulty in availing of this connection, or subsequently for supply of refills or any other services, you may kindly contact the toll free no 155233. With Best Wishes Yours faithfully, For ARVIND GAS AGENCIES =========================================== But while availing connection Arvind Gas agency Kota, Rajasthan not responding properly. Always gives date and time to avail connection but when we go on the given day he says come after 4-5 days because we cannot give you gas due to shortage. What is this? This is really very pathetic. When it comes to connection in black they are even readu to give their own gas connection..It is clearly mentioned in mail that "In case you fail to respond to this intimation letter within the specified period of 15 days, your registration will be treated as cancelled."
