I have sent a parcel on 1.08.2019 to chennai from tuticorin but today 03.08.2019 still now (9.00) p. M the parcel wasn't delivered to the recipient, it was an important one and it has to sent to america with in 10 p. M, i had called more than 10 times they simply telling that it will be delivered within half an hour whenever i called him to his office,. If the parcel wasn't delivered i file a case.
