I have sent a parcel on 1.08.2019 to chennai from tuticorin but today 03.08.2019 still now (9.00) p. M the parcel wasn't delivered to the recipient, it was an important one and it has to sent to america with in 10 p. M, i had called more than 10 times they simply telling that it will be delivered within half an hour whenever i called him to his office,. If the parcel wasn't delivered i file a case....

My consumer number is 58896. They donot deliver the cylinder at home and ask to come and take the cylinder. If sometimes we go a day late, they cancel the booking their own. On top, they charge rs 20 - 30 per customer even when we go to collect the gas own. Brahmpal and his son threat to customer in case the money is not paid that they will not notify about gas from next time....
