I am amandeep singh mand from sector-4 gurgaon. On 21.09.2020 i visited aryan hospital for a check up. I tried to pay opd fee i. E 600/- by google pay but signals were down, hence couldn't complete the transaction. But then, i paid using my debit card.
I realized afterwards, that the transaction from google pay is also successful. Kindly refund me the amount of 600/- as early as possible.
I visited your hospital the next day and explained the situation to sandeep rohilla at reception. But no solution is provided.
I am attaching debit card receipt, google pay receipt and opd card copy.
