I am amandeep singh mand from sector-4 gurgaon. On 21.09.2020 i visited aryan hospital for a check up. I tried to pay opd fee i. E 600/- by google pay but signals were down, hence couldn't complete the transaction. But then, i paid using my debit card.
I realized afterwards, that the transaction from google pay is also successful. Kindly refund me the amount of 600/- as early as possible.

MISGUIDED AND DONE OPERATION

I RAJAT , R/O SEC-7 EXTN GOT ADMITTED IN ARYAN HOSPITAL,OLD GURGAON,ON 24TH FEBRUARY2012. I WAS SUFFERING WITH SEVERE PAIN IN MY STOMACH. THEY TOOK AN UTLRA SOUND AND TOLD US THAT LARGE INTESTINE HAS INFECTION.DOCTOR HAD A DOUBT OF APPENDIX AND ASKED FOR OUR PERMISSION FOR LAPROSCOPY. WE TRUSTED THEM AND GAVE THE PERMISSION. 3 HOLES WERE MADE AND A CAMERA WAS INSERTED IN MY STOMACH TO SEE THE APPENDIX .BUT ACTUALLY IT WAS PANCREATIC ATTACK....
