Aryan — Refund not credited to my bank A/C

I have booked a train from and to ndls to/from amritsar, but for some reason i have to cancel my tickets, i initiated the refund in my source and ixigo assured me that the refund would be credited last by 18th june 2022, but today its 23 june 2022 and no amount is credited to my account.
