Description: i had enrolled with this company to take up the online form filling work, the marketing call of which was given by [protected]. There was an agreement to this which stated not to use multiple logins which clearly meant that i am not to use this id in two places at a time, nor use multiple ip addresses, it was also told that the ip address would be tracked to know this, which is fine. However, after submission of 166 forms online, the 167th form had no image that would show up the content/information that i had to fill in the boxes given below. Hence i refreshed the page, which was in-vain but instead it took me to login page stating i had to login. Now, what fault of mine is this, this is purely technical issue. Unfortunately, i did not take a snap shot of this. When i was asked to relogin which i did, i immediately got a message stating that my id is blocked due to multiple logins. I immediately called the customer care and narrated the issue, which even the customer care person agreed to and stated that the complaint is registered and that i would get a call within 24 hours. The complaint date was april 8, 2019. Today, i am getting a call from an advocate stating i had to payup the server charges now which will be refunded if i continue the work. The server charges mentioned was 40000, but i had to payup 20000 within 4 p. M. I was sent a snap shot of the addresses that i use. However, since my broadband is configured for obtaining ip automatically (Dynamic id), the alleging is considered as harrassment by me. Also, i was told that i am considered a student by the organization it seems, this is without even informing me, and this was not mentioned in the agreement at all.
