I placed a on line shop for delivery on the 30/11/15, I click delivery and paid my £2 fee for the delivery service, I had to make an adjustment but only to the groceries in we needed replacing. Come the monday my shopping dont arrive when I phoned they said they had it down for click and pick up which I know I didnt do.
They said it was an error and arrange for a redelivery on the 1/12/15 and I was told my money would be returned that they had pending to my account as the new shopping bill was lower due to items being out of stock. Come Tuesday no shopping again when I called they told me it was due to me having no funds.
I checked my account and noticed they hadnt relised the pending transation. so i contacted my bank they said they required a fax from the store.
so I rang asda on line help line and they argued it was they bank that needed to relise the pending transacrion.
so back to the bank. Who were extremely helpful gave me all the details i needed to get them to relise the pending order payment they also said that they check their faxs every TWO HOURS so as soon as they receive the fax the money will be relised.
I rang asda again but was told that the information from the bank was incorrect, but I pursisted and was eventuly was put through to accounts and with the information submitted by my bank they said they would relise the pending hold over my money but it could take up to 48 hours. I explained that my bank checks their faxs every 2 hours so as soon as they send the fax my money will be reliesed.
Its been two days now and Asda still have a hold over my money and have still not relised my money from pending.
This is extremely frustrating and £142 is a lot of money to replace, I have had to borrow money to go shopping for us to eat, bearing in mind I do shopping on line due to having two disabled children 1 of which is Autistic so this whole situation has been frustrating and inconvenate
