Asha Net — Worst service in Vasai-Nalasopara

I have a prepaid plan with Asha Net, so whenever I don't recharge they disconnect my services. Now at 7:47 pm today December 18th I complained that my internet is not working, to which the executive said that our office is close someone will come tomorrow. That means I have to wait for 14 hours atleast for my internet to resume. Who is going to pay me for the 14 hours I have lost. This is utter stupidity. When I said send someone now they...

Asha Net — Feeling Cheated

I had purchased 20Mbps unlimited data plan from asha net.. but from the day one j haven't received speed of more than 5-10 mbps .. after complaining for multiple time and then they answer sor change the cable to optical fiber...

After changing the lan wire to optical fibre still the speed has not changed...
