I have a prepaid plan with Asha Net, so whenever I don't recharge they disconnect my services. Now at 7:47 pm today December 18th I complained that my internet is not working, to which the executive said that our office is close someone will come tomorrow. That means I have to wait for 14 hours atleast for my internet to resume. Who is going to pay me for the 14 hours I have lost. This is utter stupidity. When I said send someone now they are saying that no one is available. I have already paid for the service in advance and I am not getting internet. Worst of the worst ISP in Vasai/ Nalasopara. I will also put a review on Google about this . I hate your services

I had purchased 20Mbps unlimited data plan from asha net.. but from the day one j haven't received speed of more than 5-10 mbps .. after complaining for multiple time and then they answer sor change the cable to optical fiber...

After changing the lan wire to optical fibre still the speed has not changed

No internet currently, facing this issue from past one week. No proper response from the service provider....

Last 3days se internet connections nahi he, or kisika bhi call nahi lag raha he.please visit vasai east.fatherwadi

Todays is may 19, from yesterday the wifi is not working . Today also we asked regarding the wifi they told it will be resolved but they not even pick up a single call. Most of the people in vasai west use asha net but whenever any problem with the net they keep it busy whole day so that we wont be able to talk. this is seriously unprofessional behavior. At least they have the responsibility to inform as most of the people are using net connectivity and have the curtesy to speak to them, solve it rather than ignoring calls . If this continue then everyone will back up.. as its heights and its been 2 days still they say some wire issue is there

Network is totally bad, most of the time there is network issues.
Runs very slow rest of the times.

Always most of the time net is down and the only answer ( if they happen to answer the call or reply the message) we get to hear from them is it is not our problem. It is the company problem. I doesn't understand who / which is their company... As Asha net is our internet service provider and we have paid our amount to them so they are our company but which / what company they talk about. Also, if they are facing some issues from somewhere then they should try to resolve them put it's been around six month or more, we are facing same issue from Asha Net. Their service is very pathetic. Never ever I get the satisfactory anwers from them. Only I get to hear is it is not our problem from their end. So now whom should we ask, if the net is down. We have paid our money to them and they are accountable but...

Also, one more problem is with the speed of the net. What package we have taken, that speed we never get. The net data speed what they provide is not what they told us and what we bought.. Net is always slow...

Very very disappointing!! PATHETIC

I have paid one year in advance and every time the internet was down and from the last 10 days I am calling the support team but no one is responsive. I have a 20mbps plan but I received only 1 MBPS download speed every day....

I am experiencing frequent disruptions in network and slow connectivity, raised the complaint with the concerned sales and service guy... I was amazed by the remarks made by him 'Aapki galti hai ek hi network pe bharosa kar rahe ho, agar connectivity itni important hai to do network rakho'.
Now there is water coming from the cable, when raised the complaint again the concerned guy is like 'Baarish hai kya kar sakte hain, aap office main baat karo, but ye sab hamari responsibility nahin hai'.
My daughter is in std 12, she is having her online lectures, my wife is a principal she has to manage online lectures of school, I have my own work... We are dependent on connectivity.
Connectivity is down since last evening, all the phones are either switched off or there is no response.

No internet past one week...I tried calling so many times but no one is picking up the call

I have ashanet internet connection in vasai patel industrial estate, but in this lock down period, i am unable to access my camera too monitor safety of my premises, as internet doesn’t work, it just work from 9 am to 6 pm, rest there’s no internet connection, no one is answering helpline, i have taken static ip aswell from them, internet is now essential commodity and since in this lockdown we can’t go any where, internet is must, i have paid a yearly amount in advance too them, my complaint is that if this provider can’t give us service for what he has charged us, especially in this covid pandemic.

My self darshan ashar from vasai, i am taking internrt service from asha net from last 2 years, currently from 3 months internet not working and customer service also not responding for my call & complaints, my plan speed is 10 mbps but if net works only 4 to 5 mbps speeds, i have paid 15 month advance payment for internet service

Please help for recovery my money back from asha net, very bed service in my area, we have 3 connections in my building and we all are not happy, we all need to leave service of asha net.

Now at present you are aware about the situation and we had already paid you in advance for the entire year. My user id is ishan 29 and i m your premium customer..

I kindly request you to resolve my query at the earliest or else some strict action would be taken against your company.

Very poor customer service. Agents speak with no respect at all. Don't know if they are trained well enough to handle good clients. Should be more selective while choosing your agents because the way your agents treat your customers show your company's standards. Female staffs are really rude and arrogant. Still not sure why this company is keeping such unprofessional staffs. Good customer service can give you satisfied clients and bad service can lead to a decrease in the no. Of customers gradually.

I am using internet - service provided by asha net - vasai.
I had renew my plan on 3rd august2019. Plan (10mbps speed - 15months - for 4000 + 720gst = rs.4720).

Before renewal of plan i had asked for discount from operator asha net. They said it is not possible for them to give below rs.4000 + 18% gst.
I asked them for rs.3500 in cash. Which they denied to accept the offer saying it is not affordable for hem to give in rs.3500/-
So i buy it in rs.4720 including gst.

After few days i. E on 09.08.2019 one of my friend using asha net got the renewal of the same plan and package for rs.3500 (In cash).

For this difference in charges i made complaint to asha net; on which i got reply on mail from owner's daughter darshan verma stating that you ask for discount every year so this time i decided not to give you discount.

This is how asha net is doing partiality;
I am using asha net services from 4 years.
Just asking for discount every year is not a crime according to me.
But darshan verma gave me same plan for higher price to satisfy her ego on me.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and give proper solution for this...
I have all records in my mail / whatsapp... If required...
