Hi this is praveen i have been to ashirwad grand restaurant we have ordered south meals for 4 people along with rice bath on 8th january 2017 i. E on sunday.
I was shocked to find "hair" in the curry of one of the meals, i was amazed to see that there is no supervisor nor the manager present to look into the
Cutomer queries, later i have showed this to the cashier i was surprised to hear this from the cashier saying that this "happens" i am not sure is this the way

What is that he says it happens? I need the explanation from the manager or the higer authority to look into this.
