Hi This is Praveen i have been to Ashirwad Grand Restaurant we have ordered south meals for 4 people along with rice bath on 8th January 2017 i.e on Sunday.
I was shocked to find "HAIR" in the curry of one of the meals, i was amazed to see that there is no supervisor nor the manager present to look into the
cutomer queries, later i have showed this to the cashier i was surprised to hear this from the cashier saying that this "HAPPENS" i am not sure is this the way
the reply to the customers ?
What is that he says it happens ? I need the explanation from the manager or the higer authority to look into this.
