Have ordered plants on June 28th 2022. We are on the 2nd July and I have no clue on the shipment . When asked to cancel the order the person misbehaves, and rudely says that the order can't be cancelled .
After filing an Complaint at the local police station, he claims that the product has been shipped and its 2 days that I have no clue. Very adamnat doesn't share the tracking details.
Am just 19 kms away and still have no clue on m order delivery status. . The website mentions CS 24 hours but after 6 pm in the evening, no response.
