The package was damaged at the time of delivery. When asked, i was told that it was expensive to send it in a better packaging. The plants were not in a good shape as the leaves & flowers were cut off. There charge a lit of money but horrible service and customer care. Don’t buy form them and suffer. Zero value for money

I ordered some plants on 6th April 2023. Made full payment during placing my order. No response from company after that.

Have ordered plants on June 28th 2022. We are on the 2nd July and I have no clue on the shipment . When asked to cancel the order the person misbehaves, and rudely says that the order can't be cancelled .
After filing an Complaint at the local police station, he claims that the product has been shipped and its 2 days that I have no clue. Very adamnat doesn't share the tracking details.

Hi had ordered 4 plants through ashiyana Store on 7th June 22. I received the courier today 15th June 22. Post opening the courier I found that there are no plants except 5 empty flower pots filled with mud. I contacted the customer service what's up no +[protected] and demanded refund of the amount and shared the video of the product received. Later they asked me to share the invoice and the name of the plants received shared the same on what's up. Post that they stopped seeing the message sent. Called the number calls cannot be done. Called on what's up no response. Later they blocked my number

I had ordered plants from them in April 2022. Its June now and I still have not received them. On contacting the customer care, I have no response. I want a refund and have told them multiple times, still hasn't happened. They only have a Whatsapp number so I can only text. Have emailed them as well multiple times still no response. They send me a message saying someone will look into into....
