[Resolved]  Ashok Leyland Finance — non issuance of noc

I have purchased a Mahindra commander Jeep on Ashok Leyland Finance in December 1997.I have paid all the alloted premiums on time(40 premiums of rs 9800 each).I have cleared my account in may 2003.But still I have not recieved my NOC.My loan case no is MI 258.I have all the original reciepts of repayments.Please suggest me the way out, as the Indusland Finance who has taken over Ashok leyland Finance is not providing me any help .
