In 2005 i purchased two wheeler from patan gujarat with the loan of ashok leyland finance i paid my all the installment .i want to sell my two wheeler but there is a problerm that No due certificate from finance company is necessary i inquired patan for NOC but i found that no such branch of this company is available in patan i inquired lot but found no reply from anybody i m really haraased that i paid my loan amount but i cant get NOC What...

I have purchased a Mahindra commander Jeep on Ashok Leyland Finance in December 1997.I have paid all the alloted premiums on time(40 premiums of rs 9800 each).I have cleared my account in may 2003.But still I have not recieved my NOC.My loan case no is MI 258.I have all the original reciepts of repayments.Please suggest me the way out, as the Indusland Finance who has taken over Ashok leyland Finance is not providing me any help .

RC book not received
I purchase a TVS-Victor at kumbakonam, through –“Ashok leyland finance”- I fineshed my all (24 dues) in aproper manner-my due date is 7th of every month but I pay all dues before that, I have all cash recept. The due is finished on 2 years ago but they didn’t give my RC book....
