Ashok Leyland ltd — Complaint regarding informal an worse after sales service of vehicle

I am Rajesh Kumar, I have bought a commercial vehicle from Ashok Leyland LTD bearing registration no HR38AB9957 has suffered a breakdown and all my parts are covered under warranty. As company states that they provide warranty of vehicle for 2 years and 2 lakh KMS after purchase. My vehicle has suffered a breakdown after !5 months of purchase and from last three days i have been complaining about it and no solution is provided to me. They are saying it can take 7 days more for getting this done. I am facing a loss of RS 4000 per day, loss of reputation and work. They are not able to provide any solution and spare parts are also not available at any dealership.
