[Resolved]  Ashok Leyland ltd — uncomplete uncompleted chassis and short supply of accessories

We have purchased a two year old chassis from Ashok Leyland Ltd in auction in less amount. When i reached to RSO pune of Ashok leyland to take delivery of the chassis i was shocked to see that many parts of chassis has been intentionally removed out of the chassis. 7th tyre stepni is missing. When we told Mr Gopal head of RSO Pune to give us the 7th tyre of chassis and the chassis in running condition fitted with all parts and accessories such as tool kit, cmvr kit, asa etc. He replied that accept the chassis in as it is condition and get it repaired outside from RSO. He also told us to call crane to take out the chassis. He is also not ready to give short listed parts.

He also told us that short parts removed from chassis will be supplied by Matexnet persons and specially told us to contact Matexnet through which we had taken this chassis on auction. As we saw many parts such as steering pump, fill pump, joint of gear, censors, self material and wiring parts have been intentionally removed from this chassis so that we offer them to pay full rates for these items or else we get it fitted from outside. He is forcing us to remove chassis by calling crane. We refused for this and demanded for chassis having all parts necessary for running with all accessories to be supplied with a chassis

Mr Gopal RSO head of Pune is not at all co-operating to us. His behaviour towards us is totally rude and the way he is looking towards us is bad. Kindly convey us the e-mail addresses o the authorised persons of Ashok Leyland Ltd. so as to complaint about this.

I have issues regarding this chassis delivery. We know that there is no warranty for after sale and service of vehicles, but the chassis soled to us is for first time and it must be delivered to us in running condition. Actually no one is taking responsiblilty for this issue.

Please give me solutions for this problem.
