Dear sir/madam, On 27 apr 2017 i have booked air india flight ticket from guwahati to calicut and back for 10 may 2017 on the website of ashaok tours and travels. But i have not received an itinerary or email/sms feedback in this regard. Tried many times to contact customer care but failed. Finally a reply received today saying ' lodge a complaint by email to [protected]@itdctravels.com. And you will get your refund.'
