I book my ticket hyderabad to dubai on 27september 2022 around 12.58pm using with phone pay upi through adirindia website the fare amount deducted from my account and credited to air india bill desk but ticket not booked, and I haven't received any message are mail of booking confirmation pls kindly find the attachment of transaction payment....

Please go through trail mail received from e-commerce ID. As discussed in your office today. We are yet to get full refund of the ticket we have been waiting endlessly for refund for more than a year. We expect some action than time buying responses as we are getting for so long.

Hope your huge backlog refund would have been cleared by now & we will get refund than a same reason sighted multiple times by AIR INDIA.

Tried booking tickets from air india website, and paid through upi, the transaction was successful from upi's end but the same time air india just displayed the 'make payment' page again. So i don't get my tickets, no reference number or anything and my amount was deducted. Upi confirmed that transaction was successful from their end. I want to get my refund back....

I had booked an Air India Flight-AI506 Booking Reference Number-WPDJAD Passenger Name- Ritika Roy dated 5/09/2022 from Delhi to Bengaluru.

I and my sister were supposed to travel to Bengaluru for her admission in a college but because of AI's unhelpful staff I was not allowed boarding even though my sister who was with me was allowed to board.

AirIndia staffs and officials didn't gave us the permission to board on the flight AI754 on 17th September 7:45 A.M. We were two passengers. We have reached 30 minutes ago before the departure time due to bad road conditions. They just assumed that we can't reach on-time so they told to close the gate. It happened on silchar airport. I have not been able to log in to the Air India website despite several attempts.
This has resulted in my not having been able to obtain the Air India Flying Returns Membership number.
Have sent several emails to Air India but they have not been able to resolve it or provide a resolution.
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Direct 14 hrs flight. On sept 9th from TORONTO to Delhi. AI188. Broken seat, broken TV, broken food table.     This is to submit that my silver grey colour baggage weighing 15 kgs went missing in alliance air flight 9I643 dt 9 Sep 22. I alongwith my wife boarded 2130h flight from T3 terminal Delhi for Jaipur. We were very much in time for check in. Two baggages were checked in at the counter. After deplaning at Jaipur, only one baggage was received and other baggage as described above went missing. Post this, the complaint was lodged at Jaipur airport with air India staff. We got a copy of PIR from the staff. On 10 Sep 22, I personally visited Jaipur airport for enquiry. My luggage is still missing and no update has been received so far. My baggage has clothing, shoes and some minor jewellery. The necessary actions as expected from the staff is not upto the mark. I have also conveyed my service exigencies to the staff being an Army officer. I humbly request for indulgence of higher authorities as I have report to my unit on culmination of my leave today i.e 10 Sep 22

      I booked 2 tickets of ₹4995 each on 4th September of flight of air india from
      New Delhi to Bangalore for 4th nov.
      And I cancelled that ticket on 5th September due to some reasons.
      It was written that the full amount will be refunded back that is ₹9990
      But the next day they refunded only ₹4995 that is the among of only one ticket.
      After that I called them many a times saying that I have not received...

      I'm Naresh Virothi, and I'm a big fan of AirIndia. You know what, since I started traveling abroad in 2017 to date (more than 10 times), I have only chosen AirIndia, and had never thought about the other airlines. And now I regret it.

      Refund not received since 40 days.

      Sir,

      On 25/08/2022, I had tried booking of tickets for myself and for my son (Vikrant Kumar Mishra) for Air India flight, from Delhi to Bengaluru at 2115 Hrs from Delhi on 31/08/2022 (AI-504).

      During the process I paid through online SBI banking and payment got deducted from my SBI bank account but I didn't get the confirmation and tickets from Air India. SBI Bank transaction reference No- IGAOENVPO8.

      Still no response even lapse of about 40 days. My doubt is will Air-India have no survival if public money is refunded against cancellation of flights by Air-India itself?

      Once again, i request you to kindly look into the issue and provide refund of Rs.2665/- by crediting the same into my Canara Bank Account.

      As per my tickets through United airlines ( Cleveland to Nagpur and return Nagpur to Cleveland ) United airlines Confirmation Number O041NC and (airindia PNR -2RGDVC) i am allowed to take bady baggage but air india charges Rs 6300/- for 10kg .
      Please arrange my refund amount which looted from me at Nagpur airport in Maharashtra.

        I booked a flight for my mother in March 2022, which I had to cancel for some reasons. As per the policy, I canceled this flight a month ago before the due date. I have called Air India many times. Every time customer service agent tells me that they have submitted the request. 5 months have been passed. I still have not received airline ticket refund. I had very bad experience with this company....

        Sorry to say, but Air India on board service is pathetic, very poor customer service and flight attendants don’t even respect customers.
        And not to talk about ground staff, that is worst.

        I am traveling on AI 126 Chicago Delhi, business class 8A seat.

        Atleast expect them ask me for glass of water.

        Not sure what to say, being frequent traveler on almost all airlines and executive platinum...

        Hi Team,

        My father Solirajan worked in Air india and did service for 32 years, recently he passed away and we asked for medical reimbursement as he was eligible. We submitted all the medical documents to the the Chennai medical dept team (Air India - Meenambakkam office. Its been past 8 months and we are yet to get the amount. We had submitted two medical documents from 2 hospitals.

        Very bad service!

          On 3rd August I booked my flight from Delhi to UK for 24th September, 2022. Flight no 58G6HW. I contacted the customer care service on the same day before booking my flight to enquire about student baggage allowance. The said customer care told me that a 23kg bag is allowed when you show your student visa over the counter.
