An air india flight no. Ai 130 from lhr to bom on 15/09/2019 was scheduled at 1.15pm, then changed at the time of web checking at 3.55 pm, again changed to 2.30pm!!! More harraement as below.
There was total chaos at airindia counter at heathrow airport.. No proper guidance was available till 5.00 pm... Reason for cancellation of flight was given "rain in mumbai"!! And flight has not come from india!!! Ridiculous!!! Upon inquiry found that wheather in mumbai on 15/09/2019 was very much good!!!
After 5.00 pm i was told that you wiill have to take my baggages back and my flight will...

Air India — missed important conference sure to departed flight and non supporting staff

Had an important conference in delhi for which heavy amount was paid, to attend on 15/09/2019 scheduled between 9:00am -3:00pm. I booked ai flight 2964 scheduled to fly at 6:55am. The flight was delayed so we requested the staff to accommodate us in anotherai flight 436 which was ready to take off and had seats available, so that we can attend it on time. The staff did not support us at all and was very rude. We faced mental harassment and also missed the important conference sir to non cooperation of the staff. Please take out complaint seriously....

We had booked ticket to fly from kolhapur to hyderabad vide ticket no.[protected] for flight no. Ai 9876 dated 14.09.2019 for departure time at 15:15 and in this regard we had reached at the airport in time but we were refuged for boarding and flight was taken off before 14 minutes i. E. At 15:01 hrs. Due to which my daughter missed her exam at hyderabad.

So you are requested; kindly arrange to return our fare at the earliest.

Air India — refund request but no communication

I made an air india booking on 26th of august 2019 from sharjah via air india website. During my booking first time payment has been deducted from my hsbc card but ticket not generated and i got also deduction massage from bank. Afterwards i have tried 2nd time and it was successful with pnr y0twy.
Now bank is included both the payment of aed 5805 twice into my current statement as air india claimed both the payments. So bank can not help me without air india instruction.

In last two weeks i made a several mails to ecommerce, almost one mail per day because there is no telephonic...

The amount of Rs 17179.00 was paid via UPI Bhim, i havent got the confirmation email or message for the bookings yet.

Air India — regarding e-visa verification

This is with reference to the e ticket for my travel. As per the instructions mentioned in the 'important information' section, i had called the air india to confirm the e-visa verification that would be needed.

They said they do not require any such thing for boarding the flight. However, they asked me to confirm it once with the consulate or the flight agency involved in the booking process.

Request your validation on the same and further instructions if any.

Fyi: i had already mailed your customer care, but seems they are too busy to reply.

I booked air india ticket in ai 043 flight scheduled at 9.05 pm on 5.09.2019. I arrived check in 8.25 p. M and check in was opened. A lady in counter entered my name etc. And waited for ticket and suddenly told your ticket is jumped and asked me to go to counter no.51. There i waited and the person issued ticket to other person who were came behind me while asking he told they were air staff leaving the customer in trouble because of his unlawful activity i lost my flight and booked indigo flight on 6th 6.30 a. M for rs.11000. If it was closed means it can be digested. The person who is in the counter...

Many have booked tickets in various airlines. All airlines except air india have refunded ticket price. So we request you to cancel the tickets and refund the entire amount.

I have received emails and mesaage from air india on 23 july that my flight to jaipur on 24 july 2019 has been rescheduled.. After which i called to customer service team and asked if i cancel my ticket will i get full refund. They told me that i can get full refund as the flight has been rescheduled... So i asked them to cancel the ticket.. Then they told to write an email to ecommerce air india to process the refund... But till date i have not received the refund. Its more than a month....

I had a flight ai - 542 at 9:45 from delhi on 31/08/19. I tried online check in on 30/08 but was not able as it said no free seats available.
I reached airport at 9:10 due to unavoidable circumstances. I could still have easily boarded my flight if they would have given me my boarding pass. They did not give me pass in spite of repeated requests.

They have delayed the flight by 2+ plus hours and keep changing the gates and extending the time further. No proper spoc to answer customers, reluctant announcement to have breakfast at bangalore. This is regarding hyd to bangalore flight. Flight ai978 and also they make you to go through check in process of international terminal causing lot more pain and trouble. Today i am supposed to travel by air india from delhi to vadodara on flight ai 0819 on date 30 aug 2019 at 17:50.

I have cleared my security check and when i reached to gate at 30a, i was not allowed to enter in flight.

I tried purchasing del-hyd, economy class air ticket on 28th august 2019 for a one way ticket on 14th september 2019.

I used mobile air india to make my purchase, upon entering all data and selecting pay by upi i was directed on another billdesk website. Here i gave my upi id to make the purchase using google pay. However, the fare got deducted from my account but no confirmation mail received. Sent mails to ecommerce and mobile mail ids asking for refund but no response. I want a refund as i need to buy another ticket....

Air India — exorbitantly high fare charge for a shorter domestic trip

On the 10th august 2019, i (Ramakrishnan srinivasan) had to approach an available flight from bengaluru to trivandrum following my father's death intimation. The fare i had to pay is a total of irs. 76, 372 (Rs. 19093 x 4 pax). Such tariff is (4 times higher than the peak travel fares) especially from a government operated airline is found to have an injustice and unfair practice towards consumers like us.

I request this case to be reviewed in a fair manner and consider refunding the excess amount collected.

Air India — flight ai 481 departed before time without any information and air india staff misbehaved at airport

Air india flight ai481 from bhopal to pune departed around 45 minutes from its scheduled time which was 10:45 am without any information due to which i and 2 more passengers missed the flight.
When i reached counter it was closed, and no one from air india staff was there to attend passengers.
After some time few staff members from air india came to attend us at around 10:15 and said that flight departed.
There were 2 more people present with me who missed their flight just because incorrect information was provided on all airport screens about the flight and we all were shocked.
