Ashoka Buildcon [abl] — Damage caused to my property | ||
I have given my bunglow situated at Bharuch, Gujarat on rental basis to Ashoka Buildcon. Mr. Abdul Parvez Sheikh has signed the Leave License agreement on behalf of company. Further, it is to state that Mr. Parvez sent me an advance notice on 20th November as per the terms of agreement stating that my bunglow will be vacant by the company as your project has been completed. As per the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the license fee is to be paid by 10th of every month. Also, any abnormal wear & tear or damage is to be brought to the notice of the owner. Today I had carried out inspection of my property and I found the following wear & tear / damage in my prperty. Tube light in dining room not working. Celing LED IN HALL not working. A.C. in dining room is out of order. A.C. in hall is out of order. Light in cimney is off Glass door in Kichen cabinet not closing properly. Lock of door in the bath room of G.F. is not working. Lamp in Bed room over Dining is fused. Hand spray of W.C. in B.R. over Dining not available. Flush valve of toilet in the B.R.-2 is not working Shower panel is not working in toilet of B.R.-2 A.C. in B.R.-2 is out of order. A.C. in Bed room of G.F. is not cooling. Glass of window in G.F. B.R. is broken. Door catcher of main door is not working. Lock of main door is not working. Lock of all the bed rooms are not working. As per the terms and conditions of Agreement, licensee will have to hand over the property as was at the time when taken over on rent. Hence, it is requested to instruct Mr. Abdul Parvez Sheikh to credit the amount of rent for December into my account and get the above listed accessories/amenities rectified/repaired as per the terms and conditions of the agreement.
