Hi,

This is Girish Shinde working as a HR Manager, we have a plant at Bhusawal Location and we hired employees from other district, Our employees having rented property at Jalgaon and they daily comes from Jalgaon to Bhusawal, In between One New toll plaza at Nashirabad in Jalgaon District our employees are resident in between the 20 Km radius, I asked about the local monthly pass to the toll plaza but they denied. Requesting you my employees working for the company they are not permanently residents of Jalgaon and their Car also not registered of Jalgaon but they have a rented property in Jalgaon and working in Bhusawal so toll plaza need to consider them as a local people but they are denied all things.

Requesting you please do the needful.

या टोलवर टोलफ्री वाहनांसाठी वेगळा मार्ग नसल्याने टोलधारक वाहनांमुळे नेहमी विलंब होत असतो तर कर्मचारी अरेरावी करत असतात याबाबत दखल घ्यावी.

My car no is OD17G9463, I am a local resident of Bargarh and my passing through the TOLL gate located at Barahaguda is free. But on 25/3/2021, toll debit From my fastag two times 130 rupees each though I passed through the lane dedicated for local vehicles.
Kindly take necessary action for early refund of my money.

I have given my bunglow situated at Bharuch, Gujarat on rental basis to Ashoka Buildcon. Mr. Abdul Parvez Sheikh has signed the Leave License agreement on behalf of company.
Further, it is to state that Mr. Parvez sent me an advance notice on 20th November as per the terms of agreement stating that my bunglow will be vacant by the company as your project has been completed. As per the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the license fee is to be paid by 10th of every month. Also, any abnormal wear & tear or damage is to be brought to the notice of the owner. Today I had carried out inspection of my property and I found the following wear & tear / damage in my prperty.

Tube light in dining room not working.
Celing LED IN HALL not working.
A.C. in dining room is out of order.
A.C. in hall is out of order.
Light in cimney is off
Glass door in Kichen cabinet not closing properly.
Lock of door in the bath room of G.F. is not working.
Lamp in Bed room over Dining is fused.
Hand spray of W.C. in B.R. over Dining not available.
Flush valve of toilet in the B.R.-2 is not working
Shower panel is not working in toilet of B.R.-2
A.C. in B.R.-2 is out of order.
A.C. in Bed room of G.F. is not cooling.
Glass of window in G.F. B.R. is broken.
Door catcher of main door is not working.
Lock of main door is not working.
Lock of all the bed rooms are not working.

As per the terms and conditions of Agreement, licensee will have to hand over the property as was at the time when taken over on rent. Hence, it is requested to instruct Mr. Abdul Parvez Sheikh to credit the amount of rent for December into my account and get the above listed accessories/amenities rectified/repaired as per the terms and conditions of the agreement. Else, legal actions will be initiated.

Dear sir,

My self mr. Sainath dighe, i bought a property in ashoka township - flat no 404, the valley of flower, nashik shirdi road, malegoan sinnar, in may 2019, as per builder terms and condition i paid all the maintenance charges for two year rs. 20000 in advance/-

Within the year i am facing leakage issue & wall crack issue in my flat. So many time i brought to notice to site person (Photo proof to the site manager for wall crack and leakage issue, but they didn't resolved my issue yet.

Site manager told me that leakage made by your tenant so we are not responsible for leakage,

When i saw in leakage carefully, we observed that is improper underground pipe fitting, due to this cause all wall and passage area seen wet.

I had requested to the site manager for this issue but they not taking any seriously action against my complaint. They give me a plumbers number and said me paid extra charges to the plumber.

We need your interval please

Due to rain all waste has been collected in front of my hotel and has blocked the gutter. Rain water is passing on road. So i request you to take a action on it. I tried complaining to your highway petroling person but he is ignoring me. So once again i request you to take a action and do the needful as soon as possible. And also i am send the pictures of the place were it has been attached below.

i am venkata anil kumar makena, an electrical engineer & former employee of ashoka buildcon limited-chennai power. I worked from january-2015 to january-2016.
I tried very much to get my pf amount, but no one helped me.
When i called my HR at nashik, he said my details are incomplete and denied to talk later. No response from the HR team, even i contacted many times.
I have not received my pf money even i submitted all pf related documents duly filled.

Dhulagori toll plaza office in west bengal is more of a club than solving issues of passersby. Sunday (12/11/2017 at 11:10a. M.) is a holiday for the toll manager and the toll booth is left to the staffs just to collect tolls. The person collecting toll behaves like the owner of the property as if he is sitting in his dad's grocery shop and doesn't even bother to care minimal. Filthy language, terrible behaviour, horrible attitude would be right to say about the staffs. They are forcing people to take coins (Chillars) as change, they gave me 5 ten rupee coins in place of a 50 rupee note. When i added a 50 rupee note and told them to give back a 100 rupee note (Thought they didn't have a 50 rupee note), they showed me a bundle of 50 rupee notes and said they were purposely giving coins and won't give notes. When i warned them of complaining to their senior, they hardly seem to bother and started behaving rude and insulted me in front of my family. I was travelling with my twin sons of 18months old, wife and mother. I found a serious threat and left the place immediately, it would be great to find some help not only because of me but for all the disciplined, well behaved citizens of india in future.

I am Sanket from Kittur Belgaum district Karnataka, I am living near to national highway No4 which is under control of you,
Sir for highway purpose so many trees are cutting down and less trees are planted but I have some request you please plant more trees beside of NH4 so that our highway looks good and give some benefits to our environment.
Sir please help to get good result from trees. Monsoon is very near plan for that.
Please consider my kind request and do the needful.

Dear sir/madam, i want to inform you that ashoka toll plaza situated at rajnandgaon, chhattisgarh is charging 84/- rs for a single pass for a car & that to only for 40 km which is very high, they had reduced the rates some days before after notification from nhai but now they have again raised the same please look into this matter as soon as possible and please do take some strict action against them. I have seen people commenting that you people donot respond to the complaints please who ever is the authority is i beg you please take actions against these people so that they realize that there is still law and order maintained in india. Thank you

I am Prasenjit Biswas.I crossed the Jaladhulagori toll of NH-6 at around 19:51hrs.One of your lane being suddenly closed due to vehicle breakdown, I tried to go to other lane in the meantime a lorry rammed into my vehicle.None of your persons were present at that time to control or to hear anyone and they behaved rudely.My vehicle bearing the registration no. AS 19B 5669 and the truck bearing the registration no. WB 11B 1233.My toll bill id[protected]dated 19.08.2015. My mobile no.-[protected]. The damage cost me Rs. 15000/- and harassment with mental tension.

I am Sandeep Dileep Deshmukh from Nashik, Maharashtra. I was working in Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. in the period of June 17 2009 To March 29 2010, as store keeper in power department. So, after leaving Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. I was requested to their HR department to release my PF but from Last 2 yr. they are giving only reason and PF account number is also not given by them. In this 2 yr. I was third time submitted required document like, photographs, bank statements but still they are not submitted my PF settelement form in PF office. my details are mention below:
