My car no is OD17G9463, I am a local resident of Bargarh and my passing through the TOLL gate located at Barahaguda is free. But on 25/3/2021, toll debit From my fastag two times 130 rupees each though I passed through the lane dedicated for local vehicles.

Dhulagori toll plaza office in west bengal is more of a club than solving issues of passersby. Sunday (12/11/2017 at 11:10a.
