Of what use is material to anyone Mr. Nagaraj? You promised the work would get over and lift would be fully functionally by 12th February. Today is 24th Feb. You have repeatedly made false promises about the completion deadline. Instead of standing by terms of agreement you asked for further payment and since then you either are not answering calls or have been lying about your workers coming to work.
Your technical guys have been facing 'emergency' for over 3 weeks now. You have repeatedly been explained the urgency of the situation due to medical conditions of residents of the building.
YOU have been harassing us and putting our lives at risk due to your mismanagement.
When you wanted money you came to our building each day. And the minute you got 50000 cash as asked by you, you have vanished and so have your workers and hence you have been absonding.
If you or your workers are not happy to do the work, please take all your material and return our money and end this matter.

Ashwini elevators has blatantly lied to us about deadlines on the pretext of getting money! We are 2 weeks past the deadline without any target date in sight.

I'm least bothered about defaming you and matters wouldn't have come to this if you had the least bit of courtesy and professional attitude to abide by your commitment OR just say it out loud that your team is incapable of finishing the work in the promised time due to one reason after other!
