Lift repair work not done after taking advance payment

This company Ashiwni Elevators and its owner Mr. Nagaraj Goudar has taken over 1.5 Lakhs as advance payment for lift repair work from the residents of B1 Krishna Block, National Games Village. Koramangala.
It has been over a month of waiting and he and his team are refusing to complete to work undertaken and neither are they refunding the money.
