[Resolved] Asian Big Bazaar — Improper and cheap products sent | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I got a call on 21st December 2015 from customer care unit of Asian Big Bazaar in which the executive mentioned that I needed to pay Rs. 2500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) and that I will be eligible for a sure gift worth over Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand approx). The executive also mentioned that I will be sent a complimentary gift (Jope hill 4 pcs men kit) Order No : 9908911 Payment ID : 46250369 Order ID[protected] Jope hill 4 pcs men kit on 21/12/15 Complaint lodged on 23/12/15 for cancellation of order. Product delivered sometime in between 26/12/15 - 02/01/16 I was duped by the telecaller of site www.asianbigbazaar.com on 21st December 2015. I was asked to pay rupees 2500/- against which they promised to deliver Jope Hills 4 pcs men kit. I ordered for the same though net banking and during verification of the order via mobile call I specifically asked them to send me a size M t-shirt for men. Later on checking the price of the products in various other online stores, I found the price in asianbigbazaar too high. On 23rd December I sent a mail to their customer care and support team asking for cancellation of the order and for reimbursement. They did not comply to any of my request mails and even when I called up their customer care team they only assured me that they will forward my request to the authority and eventually nothing happened. They even delivered the product when I was away from Kolkata. I opened the box on my return and found the size of the t-shirt being sent of size L. Immediately called their customer care team, but only assurances were given. Its been over 10 days since with no word from the company. I have written several times and even called them, but nothing has happened. They did not even sent me any mail towards my complaint. Order No : 9908911 Payment ID : 46250369 Order ID[protected] Jope hill 4 pcs men kit on 21/12/15 Complaint lodged on 23/12/15 for cancellation of participation in the contest. I never got any calls from there end in all these months nor did they bothered to make any attempt to exchange the wrong t-shirt (wrong size) sent.
