I have purchased Profit Club Membership Card from Big Bazaar IT Park Nagpur in month of October-2021 paying Rs 10, 000/- through my HDFC Debit Card. Till January I purchased goods of Rs 3, 143/- only. In the month of March I come to know that Big Bazaar has been closed its operation and has been take over by Reliance Smart Bazaar.
Therefore after contacting customer care I have mailed all required documents on 25th March 3022 for getting back my refund amount ie Rs 8, 859/- I am been told by Big Bazaar Customer Care With Rf No. [protected] that I will get my refund with in 30 days but till date it is more than One month is over still I could not get my refund of balance back.
I further tried to contact Big Bazaar Customer Care No but now it has been locked as well as customer care mail id also has been locked by Big Bazaar Management.
It seems that our hard earned money has been duped by Big Bazaar Profit Club. I hope this complaint get resolved and pay my balance immediately

    Hi Team,

    I got a call from Asian Big Bazaar Today from your Avni Gawtham ( [protected]) sating that i won a context from Asain Big Bazaar in 2016 where they forced me to pay 40 thousand rupees stating from 16th March 2016 to till date. Today (24 September 2021) they forced me to pay 17500 rupees, So that i can get 3lakhs cash price in which i had to pay 5000.

    Please help me with solution because they share a bond from your name with stamp.

      His is it intimate u that i have submitted my pf claim form in my organization in 2012 with the store hr, they have given me a proof of submition of claims but in pf online check it states that there is no pf number as such, but till date there is no reply from the company
      People over there keep on saying will do it as soon as possible but in vain,

          I ordered a watch from this site which was never delivered to me till now. I ordered it on 30 may 2016 and now it is 2019. I have screenshot of that payment. I need my money back. I came to know that that site is fake. This type of fake sites are making the online shopping experience worst.

            Today i shopped in big bazaar located at kfc mall, gwarighat, jabalpur (M. P.). After payment, carry bag was given to me for carrying clothes, & charged me 20/-
            I asked about it & told, it should be free as vegetable sellers give us veges in carry bag. But they told me, it's company's policy to take charge for carry bag.
            While few days before, i read an article about consumer forum's decision on a matter regarding charging 3/- for carry bag by bata. Company was charged 9000/- for this act by consumer forum...

            I told this at cash counter (Big bazaar), but they didn't mind it & just charged & told me to pay, as they created bill already..

              big bazaar tirupur

              As noticed multiple times big bazar over here in tirupur doesnot switch on the air conditioning.
              Even after complaining n number of times.
              Even today after store being over crowded with no parking space left and no where to stand still ac was off. So u can understand the condition of the store in these hours.
              When asked about it employees were speachless and stood there with there heads down and looking at each other...

              Ook at the attitude of your staff... Karan started addressing me as TUM.. and told my 81 yrs old mother to find her own trolley which was kept aside by your staff.

              I was waiting for the money to get transfer to my wallet... interim I was telling to do the other billing so that I can pay the balance amount in cash. It’s okay if the money transfer takes time. They were not willing to do the billing rather started fiddle with my phone to search the wallet payment. Doing that they were actually browsing my contacts and what’s up messages ... I got three OTP request during this time . Mr. please reach your staff how to behave ... your others stores are extremely cordial... to add to this your security female started asking me why didn’t you pay for the bags ? The bags were from my previous purchase hence did not but this time. She mentioned that she could not find it in the billing hence she asked me why I did not pay? Isn’t this ridiculous

              My number is [protected], your executive Karan is abusing me.

              I had taken two Dr detkar royal, which I returned immediately, I am assured to get 700 on my future wallet however last 45 mins I am struggling here. Your staff being unruly.

              Am suprised that there is no action been taken on the issue . I will surly register this case under mental humiliation. All details has been posted on FB and messenger, yet no resolution.

                I got a call from their company in which they told me that i have the contest and will get a maruti celerio car and they took away from at least an amount of rs 100, 000 plus and now their calls r shut down and everything. First they told me i will have to pay nothing but later on they started asking me money and called me back everytime asking me to pay the money or else u will lose all ur money that u paid us before.
                They sent me some fake diamonds and told me they are of worth rs50, 000.

                  In 2015 dec, i have registered for deal for wheel contest, they called me that you are doing online shopping, we are from asian big bazaar your shopping point is good, we are conducting a contest for which you have to register by purchasing only 2500 rupees product, from three prizes you will get one other wise you will get 5k to 25000 electronic gift, then called that you will get the 2nd prize alto k10, if you will purchase some amount you will get maruti suzuki swift desire, then again called for vehicle paper charge, rto charge, by this they call again & again given time line to give vehicle registration amount, then assured to announce contest, but every month due to some reason they delayed contest & contact no becam changed, so many person changed, by this they have cheated 7.5 lkhs from me, i have given the amount by personal loan, now iam unable to pay the amount to bank bank has given me notice that due to failure in payment case is in right up, please do the needful so that i can pay the amount to bank. Please forward the issue to concern department & take action against v. R brithers, vishnu mishra & rohit pathak & varsha velwal.

                    Further to email dated 15th Feb'18,
                    I m yet not received any confirmation on payment from Asian Big Bazaar.
                    Request to take the strong action on this and do the needful.

                    After giving repeated reminders Directors Mr Rohit Pathak and Managers MR Vishnu Mishra & MR Amit are not responding on my mails neither replying my msgs and calls.

                    following are history of my case,

                    My customer id is ABB1556 which is running in contest deal for wheel under Asian big bazaar. First of all I want to say that I has several proof to prove that Asian Big bazar is a fraud site. First call which was come to me from Ritesh on 26 November 2015, he was saying that your points is higher in shopping, so our company giving u alto car. Now u just have to make a payment of 21000 to claim the car. After that Sandeep Singh called me and said that u have to pay 51000 to upgrade it to 1st price. After some days a call come from different person saying that I m Kabir calling from Asian Big Bazaar, he said that u have to pay rs. 100000 towards car insurance and registration charges. I pay all the charges within the time given by them.then they said you have to pay the service tax towards the car which is 105000 after that they booked the car in my name, i paid that amount too. after 3 months after some days again a call come from Samrat Singhania saying himself manager of Asian big bazaar, he said that u r selected for 1st prize so u have to pay rs. 90000 as you are not qualify for 1st slab and there are shortage in shopping points. they took that amount from me, after that Mr Navin Thakur called me again verified my amounts post which they confirmed that i m the winner for 1st slab and there will be no further formalities, post that after 3 months these people again called me and said company given last chance to buyers to upgrade there shopping points, and there is other buyer had paid higher amount for 1st slab, Mr Navin Thakur called me and told me that your have increase your shopping points for that you have to pay 210000 and paid that amount too. post which they said contest location is finalised and they are inviting Hritik Roshan for the event, 3-4 months they just told that meeting and venues are not getting fixed, post that Mr Navin Thakur called me and told me that congratulation your Swift car is booked and it is top end model and will share you the details of it shortly. after this communication these both Samrat singhania & Navin Thakur was not available for communication, i had sent several mails & request at customer support team but no one provide the satisfactory reply on this, It is also inform u that Mr Sandeep Singh from past 4 months.

                    Mr Sandeep Singh, manager of Asian big bazar, also giving product details and assured me that it will reach to me with 15 days, its almost 4 months i received 3 products out of 11. They postponed their contest date again and again, now don't know when it should be conducted.
                    Till now from from begining I paid rs. 670, 000/- out of which order of around rs. 200000/- is received remaining and rs. 470000/- orders still pending

                    I have all the payment details and recordings of conversation between me and Asian big bazar

                    I had also sent the letters to there directors Varsha Belwal / Ranjan Pathak 6months back but they not reverted on it too.

                    every time they assuring on mail that they will look into it and concern person get back to you but no one from team call back and provide me the information.

                    i had putting request from last 5 months to customer care that arrange the call from Mr Sandeep Singh for contest update.

                    but not getting update on it.

                    Plz protect me from such a cheap site as they are using us and our valuable money.

                      Dear team,

                      Its almost 1 week gone, still i had not received any update from asian big bazaar, texted mr rohit pathak & mr vishnu mishra on the update but no one interested to reply back me on message or not pick my calls.

                      Request if we can take an urgent action against, i paying higher intersts due to there negligence, and after repeated request given to them they are not take this seriously.

                      Dear team,

                      I had raised the complaint on 5th Feb'18, still not received any update from ABB on my payment closure,
                      everytime they just sent the mail we will update and revert back to you on queries and get this compliant as resolved.

                      Request you to keep this complaint open till the time they will not excutive and complete the same.
                      Since 2015 they are just cheating with customers, took there money and not return it back neither there contest get closed.

                      I had lost all my investments in this waste contest, all people including the director of the company are fraud and never ever give the final solution, always giving false commitments and promises.

                      As per my last conversion with Mr Vishnu Mishra on dated 7th Feb'18 he told me that " your cheques are ready and get dispatched on 9th Feb'18 once his account person will come back from his engagement",

                      Follow-up with him since then, but they don't have courtesy to get back.
                      Soumya from his team had called me on 5th mar'18 and telling me for update.
                      i had not interested to talk with them, even though she said that they will provide me the final confirmation on payment by evening, but as usual they again not reverted and given the mis commitment...

                      Request if we can take an urgent action against, i paying higher intersts due to there negligence, and after repeated request given to them they are not take this seriously.

                        Dear sir,

                        This referernce to my complaint id [id: 1561176] was raised on 5th may'17, i m continously following up with asian bigbazaar for my refund, but all there lines got disconnected even they not responded on mails, please find the attached mails screenshots where i requested them for my money as requested them to refund my money on priority.
                        Whole day i was trying to reach them but there numbers (Customer care no[protected] / 30145841 / 65001937 / 65001944 / 30145846 / 30145835 / 30145852 / 30145868,) are not contactable all this numbers are got disconnected, got the number for mr vishnu mishra got ringing always, get reply once in 10days on closures, but never get resolved, i got confirmation that everything will get resolved on 13th feb'18, but still they not updated me on anything. Not replying to my messages.
                        Even the director of the company mr rohit pathak not responding on my calls and message.


                        Due to asian bigbazaars negligance on above matter, i lost my deal and paying higher intersest monthly on the amount invested.

                        They still not take this matter seriously.
                        Request you to take strongly action against them and please help me to take my money back from them.

                          According to then ads there was a offer where the tomatoes were very cheap but the big bazaars didn't have the stock and we have to wait for an hour. But the supplies didn't come. After 5 hours i called them and they said the suppliers haven't arrive. Please improve your service it is very unprofessional and inappropriate. The ad was everywhere but the suppliers were'nt there....

                          I registered for deal for wheel contest.
                          They told me on registration cost we will give you products of that worth but till now 6 months over no response from them about product or contest... Their costumer care line suggest to mail them but no respons to email from them.
                          They called me from 3 numbers that are not reachable now... I lost 30000 rs in that.
                          I have the conformation mail from them about payment and product...

                            I lost my wallet in the bigbazaar located in ambience mall in wasant kunj - new delhi, yesterday (1st oct 2017). A lot of indian rupees, my passport, bank account cards& atm cards and some notes were in side the wallet.

                            It was a white - brown color leather wallet with a big bow in its front. As i'm not indian, i need my passport to travel back to my country which is impossible without my passport.

                                I had order for a smart watch-2 worth rupees 1999 on 1st of june 2017. It was delivered very next day on 2nd june 2017 but that is faulty & not started/on be me. After i talk to customer care they ask me to send their warehouse address. I was courier that watch after that purchasing the sales team told me that i was win k10 car but for this i have to another purchase of gold pendent for my winning confirmation worth rupees 20, 000 which was also ordered by me on 10th june 2017. But above both the product is not coming till date.
                                Now the situation is, the customer care offered me another product on behalf of watch that is hd vr box & one man jean which is also not sent by them.

                                Now some person give me dates on daily basis that they dispatch my both order till 28 august 2017, now they said it will be come till 9th september. Already 3 months have passed. How much more time i wait for my ordered.
                                22000 is not a small amount.

                                This is completely fraud & cheat which is done by asianbig bazaar.com.

                                So i am requesting you to please refund / provide my purchases asap.
