Asian Business Exhibitions & Conferences [ABEC] — why doctor don't give bills?

Visited an orthopedic doctor named mahesh kharde in his aasha suman (Kharde) hospital to show my right hand which has severe pain due to lifting gas cylinder 7 days back.
He charged rs. 600/- as his consultation fees but didn't gave any bill for the same. He wrote medicines worth 785/- as prescription. Spent rs 1385/- in just one visit. I'm really angry and agitated as that hospital refused to give me bill of rs. 600/-

Government should make it compulsory for doctors to give bills to their patients or they will keep looting patients like me who are from middle class.
