We would like to inform you that I had bypass surgery in your hospital on 04/07/22 and I had put my claim for reimbursement with my insurance company Care Health Insurance Ltd

As per the insurance company assumption and patient history mention on discharge card regarding diabetes . Insurance company reject my claim fully
They said this surgery happen due to diabities

They only reconsider the claim only if they satisfied that surgery happen not due to diabeties effect.

We need doctor certificate/letter mentioning that there is no relevance of diabetics causing this bypass surgery and mention root cause of this surgery

I had mail to MRD department on 05 th sept 22 and talk with Sumit and shaguota madam regarding this and also followup via call so many time . Dr Krishnan also I had word but he also reject to give certificate . After one week I called Dr Krishnan again but he is out of hospital for 6 month and now he said he can't do anything and you call admition for help .

When I called up admition and MRD department they said Dr. Who teat me he can only give this certificate no other Dr. Take ur case . Now i am helo less. No one co operating in hospital . I ask Dr ramakant Pandey appointment also no one ready to listen. If i not get certificate my 10 lacs claim reject by insurance company . Management of this big reputed company not helping common men .

Please help me to get certificate else I have to go to higher authority or legal if needed

      My dad was hospitalized on 15th July 2021 due to heart problem. He got discharged on 20th July. Since then my blling query has not been responded. Asian heart needs to return 24000 back to me, which they havent till now. Upon calling no one answers the call, Specially Pragya and Pragya from billing team. I had some hopes from Vaishali but even she stopped answering the calls.
      Asian Heart Institute customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Hi...

        I had called you customer desk yesterday i.e. 3rd February, 2021for booking online appointment with Dr. Anil Bhoraskar. I was informed that I will have to fill in certain forms and mail them across alongwith payment proof after which I would receive appointment confirmation. However, even though 1 hour had passed I did not receive any mail from the hospital; hence I called again. I was informed by the same individual in quite rude manner that an email needs to be typed and hence takes time. Later upon receipt of the mail, I filled all the details, paid the requisite amount and waited for an confirmation. When I failed to receive it, I called the hospital on the next day that is 4th Feb, 2021 and the same individual handled my call. He not only lacks phone etiquette but also basic human decency. He quite rudely told me that he has sent the mail on the ID that I have provided and kept on arguing about resending the mail. The person handling this was Mr. Asif Khan.

        I would like to bring to your kind attention the below points:
        1. Firstly, patients are not illiterate individuals whom you can treat with street tactics to converse.
        2. For the amount of charges levied and considering that hospital falls under service sector, the onus of proper customer handling lies with the hospital.
        3. For something as basic as online consultation during the pandemic, I believe you have ready to use mail formats asking for documents. They are never customer specific. The hospital needs to monitor the TAT.
        4. Also, yours is not a charitable institution. The least you can do is treat the patients the right way.

        I believe that this experience needs to be shared across all online forums and groups so that people are aware about the hospital.

He took to me 5 lakh and sent me singapore affter 6 months he cancelled my e paas and he sent me for vacation... When i chek my status my visa was cancelled very big cheater most wanted india no 1 cheater... I would like to say indain government.. Plz arrest them and close that consendency

            Complaint against billing department of the asian heart hospital. They have given us the incorrect bill and not co-operative in answer to our queries. We are not receiving proper revert from the billing department. They have sent two bills to the insurance company, because of which i have to pay from my pocket and girls in the billing department is not able to handle my query.

            Please take action against them.

              Not an ethical hospital - I have my personal bad experience working here.

              When I went to submit my resignation they accepted it and then immediately same day they issued me a Termination letter saying no dues are pending.
              In spite of me not accepting the Termination letter they say that I have accepted it. When I send them an email asking for my pending dues they reply that I have signed and given them that no dues are pending,
              So I replied back saying I already submitted my resignation which you can cross check in your CCTV camera and I am suppose to receive my salary and PF to which they blocked my email. The HR is very pathetic even the CEO Mr. Panda was copied to the emails which I send but there was no response from any. I was lucky that I wasted only few months of my life there, there will be many who lost years working with the hospital.

              Never give your talent to such an unethical hospital, shame to have such a hospital in Mumbai. Its a disgrace to Mumbai to continue such intuitions in Mumbai.

                Dear Sir, I have joined a company on 1st of OCT 2015.I have worked upto 40 days for no reason they are holding test.On enquiry on the same they have holded for many people also earlier.Pls help me for the same.I have not yet resigned.Even with pervious team they didnt release salary for 2 months and automatically the team left.                 @Citizen Mumbaikar let every person know about the unethical practices of this hospital.HR can't help coz they themselves leave or terminated unthically.U can approach labour council.Let every person know.
                U can tag them on social media page and linkedin.Tats the best way

                  This complaint is posted by a guarding of a staff who is working presently at the hospital. All the nursing staff who working in the hospital are treated very badly. The hospital authority say that there is no bond or any contract. But once a nursing staff tries to leave hospital they threaten the staff that if they leave before 2 years then no experience certificate will be provided. As they want experience certificate nurses will remain in the hospital for 2 years. The duty timings starts early 7 O clock and it will end at 8-8.30. Nursing staff hardly gets time to even have there food. In ICU each staff is allocated with 3 patients who are chronic in condition while the actual standard should be 1:1. Such allocation will cause huge risk both to the patient and the nursing staff. And after all these management provide least salary to the nurses with minor to no increment. Asian heart boast that they are the most accredited hospital in the country, in truth they should be accredited for the most torturing hospital in the country. Previously a nursing employee committed suicide due these tortures. And thats what truth is.

                    As directed by Hospital authorities @6.15 pm on 30-Mar-2015, , i (as a patient) visited Asian Heart Hospital on 31-Mar-2015 @8.45 am for booking appointment for health Check up and attend my office afterwards. At the entrance gate, there are four security guards and Mr. Sadashiv, Security Head, were standing (no other employee). I have completed my security check in and backpack bag which contains IPAD, mobile and other things. In that bag, there is a small breakfast box (plastic) also, they told me that it is not allowed inside. I requested them that i am going only for booking my appointment will return within 10 mts. However, after seeing they are reluctant and not agreed to allow that small box, i had kept th small breakfast box aside on the table of security guard and told them will collect the box after 10 mts. I went inside and booked appointment and returned back in 10 mts. Then, i vcame to security guard to collect my small breakfast box. They told me to ask Security head, Mr, Sadasvhiv, who is standing and laughing at me. He told that they don't know the box and the box may be thrown out. Then, i have asked him to show his identity (as his ID card is turned back word not disclosing name and photo). Mr, Sadasvhiv got irritated, i has asked him i want take photo of his ID card to make complaint. He started scolding me by shouting "maaroonga...saaala...come inside the security room, i will beat you...' in front of other security persons. He told me go and complain to Dr Panda, he could do anything ... This is the utter rude misbehaviour with a Patient by Security Head Mr. Sadashiv. regrads surendra [protected]

                      My father B G Rao, underwent a complex procedure of bypass grafting and stent grafting in the year 2009 jan. The operation costed us a staggering 17 lakhs rupees. each stent costing Rs. 4.5 lakhs(two such stents were used). I feel the stents are very abnormally highly priced. Further the endovascular stenting was not done upto the mark. In spite of a leakage having been detected 6 months later i.e in June 2009, no action was taken by the attending interventional radiologist. Dr Hemant Deshmukh and he continuously ignored this matter and matters have come to this stage that a repeat procedure has to be performed to rectify the damage caused.
                      The cost should have been anywhere nearing say 8-10 lakhs. Asian Heart Institute is swindling money from its gullible customers.I seem to have paid a cool Rs. 8-10 lakhs more. after taking huge loan for my father's treatment.
                      Please address my grievance and help me.

                      You can try District Consumer forum charging hospital and doctor with negligence in services (better go to a consumer forum lawyer maybe it will cost you say rs 2000 for lawyer advises but if this matter comes to consumer forum the hospital may refund some of your money)

                      Lets hope so.

                        You will Suprised to know that a Reowned Institute cheats the employees who work there,
                        Since in last 1 year, 5 Chief Operating Officers are changed......
                        When any employee wants to resign the VP put a blame on the employee for some or the other reason and dont PAY THEIR F&F...
                        This has happened not just with the O grade staff but also at the Managerial Level.....
                        Vendors are not paid even after 7 reminders.small vendors keep on demanding their money for the work done but all in vain..

                        The Trick funda they use is Hold F&F or Performance bonus of the Employee..which is a huge amount and this Amount goes as TAX
                        COO, Engineers, purchase Manager, Bio-Medical head and many more were not given their salary
                        And when Asked they put a blame on them stating these papers are lost, u failed to meet the target, u didnt gave notice and whatever they get they thrash on those employees to hold their Slaries.......

                        1- Consultant are not willing to recruit for this Institute
                        2- None of the employees stays for years there except spoon feeders, Attrition rate is 72%
                        3- They tend to complete with Kokilaben hospital, where are the Employee satisfaction rate is ZERO

                        Advise people to get this Company Actual Records and find out from Ex-employee who are brutally tortured
