When my father had breathing problem, I admitted him to a private hospital date 15 june 2024. There, in the report, it was mentioned that he had cancer, for which I was admitted to a private hospital, Dadar Parel 22 june 2024.
When the doctor there took the report, he did not mention cancer in the report. When biopsy was done after one month, it detected cancer due to which the treatment took 2 months and because of this he died 28 aug 2024.
The doctors there have prepared many wrong reports, many people have died in front of me.

    Surgen Reghiee And his team are heartless they did operation of Rhs leg feet of my mother. My mother is sugar petient she had one fingure poison. I went KEM hospital they cut lhs one fingure after few days infection becomes more then they told to cut complete feet. But the problem is same day of operation petient they force to transfer in seven hills hospital. After the operation they check covid and found positive. Why they did not check before when we visit in hospital. We followed all suggestions from them but they are very lazy and heartless. Same day leg feet operation they transfer but they did not have any communication to seven hills. Last 5 august they transfer in seven hills but seven hills sergeant are not caring of my mother. Every day we are asking and requestting to them about followup the fresh operation. Now opration leg become more poision, blood spilling on bed. But no one caring and no one caring my mother leg. Please some one help my mother. My mother name is asgari begum. I am requesting to management of KEM and seven hills hospital please follow up my mother leg treatment.

        Even after getting admission for hospitalise patient they have not attended patinet and not given any treatment or not giving any medicine to patinents, saying we are busy with other casualty... We don't have bed etc etc...Dr. Tanmay from emergency ward was ignoring patinent saying we are busy... Very worst experience with doctor...treating patient like animal... 😐😐😐

            Staff is not behaving properly with patients and their relatives, specially night staff. Doctors are not attending properly and nicely. They don't care about patients. Most of the time they ask relatives to give medicine and take care about salines, even when saline is over and staff is chitchatting they ignore and delay to remove or close it.

              My father is admitted in H-ICU within 4days after discharged from the same.Charges are very high. Hospital didn't gave any facility to patient's relative eg. No rest room for relatives who are with patient 24*7, specifically male medical ward staff is very rude with relatives. They insist relatives not to sleep whole night for patients. They insulted relatives very badly as most of the patients are from lower or middle class economical background. Dirty stuff is laid in patients compartments. No CCTV camera in patients compartment in any general ward.

                Dear Sir,
                I am attendant of Kamladevi Dubey, ward 32, 3rd floor, CVTV building.
                It was very bad experience with nurses and the Doctors as below:
                I admitted my patient on 29/08/2023. Since 12 pm I had been asking nurse about admition form and where to go to get it done but their response was totally irresponsible. I met 6 people but non of them bothered to guid me of it.
                Second thing one aged ward boy i requested him by addressing "kaka" for it so he even not supported and despite supporting he got annoyed why did I call him "kaka" and nurses are giving useless reason for this which seems unprofessional.
                Also on admission desk there 2 young TB doctors were sitting and they were just laughing and passing jokes. So my question to management is does keep silent slogan is only applicable to patient and their family members and doctors are not abided to it? This is poor management and fix the issue as soon as possible.
                Also despite of vacant bed my petient had been given bed around 8 pm. So do rules made by ward boy and sisters as per their convinient or they have to follow the rules set by the hospital?
                It is expected that people make mistakes but doctors and supportive team correct them but unfortunetly in KEM the situation is reverse and abominable.
                If you think this should not be happend then work on it this is big loop hole.

                    I went for a endoscopy to KEM Hospital on 18 July 2023.
                    We reached at 8am Submitted papers at 8:20
                    My Mother was called in at 8:45pm and then she was made to stand in a que with 4 other patients for half and hour for her nos.
                    There was no chair or bench for patients to sit near to the procedure room
                    The other room where they have 5 chair and 50 Patients + their attendant waiting already
                    So my mother nos came and the doctor was not experience is handling our endoscopy. He gave her the medicine and put the endoscopy pipe right away did not even wait for 10 min so that the medicine would have done the work
                    Bcoz of this my mother could bear the pain and they had to stop.
                    They then told to wait in the other recovery room for someone time before they called her back in
                    But we waited till 1Pm and nothing was happening. I told infact 3-4 doctors who were around there even the nurses but they were of no use didn't even list.
                    At 1:15 i asked them i was not interested and to return the file. as my mother is a serious diabetic and bcoz of not eating anything she almost fainted.
                    The doctors forced me to mention that the patient is not cooperating and wants to leave i asked them to tell you are incapable of doing it... patient was ready for 4 hours but they didn't do it.
                    They were not ready to give the doctors name on the file after much insistence the wrote the name Dr Michael
                    Then they wrote at 1:30 since the patient is diabitic we need a fit certificate to conduct a test and also added some unnecessary test

                      My mother had a spinal tumor and had a surgery two days back, she is unable to move body, and staff is neglecting to change diapers by saying "roj roj hum nahi krnege".
                      We are from satna, madhya Pradesh state..
                      We don't have any female attendant...
                      It's really getting worse plz help us.

                        My mother had a spinal surgery 2 days back, we are not local residents of this place (mumbai) .. mother is unable to move her body and staff is neglecting to change diapers by saying ( we will not do it daily)

                          AKD dialysis my father starts dialysis kem hospital and every mint asking need watar but no one staff to help drink water my father now loos 2023 .
                          that condition I have proof staff related also other patient same issue and that time also same issue not help and carrying patient still date today 8 April 2023

                          ( AKD dialysis unit staff is not good and totally irresponsible working all staff is not working properly, women...

                          Dr. Tanya of KEM HOSPITAL, Mumbai working under Dr. AKS in ward no.11 asked me to lie to the Blood Bank department saying them it's a new blood while the blood was approx. 12 days old.

                          Dr. Tanya took my mother's blood sample and throw the seringe on the bed showing aggression also she threatened my parents saying " AAPKA BETA JAIL JAAYEGA AB DEKHLENA". She also illtreated many patients here but no one ever taken any action due to the fear.

                          I kindly request the council to take strict action against her and make her realise the real duty and nature of a doctor.

                            Sir my brother sandeep girish Mishra is admited in ward no. 4 on date 07/03/2023 there is no responsible doctor and nurses we are very sad hospital service

                                We waiting since 8.30 am. It's been 11.20 still my brother has not been admitted.
                                The entire neurology department is on leave. We had appointment today for EEG, but no one is bothered to guide properly.

                                    My father has issue of back
                                    They said the disease is lumbar myelopathy so they asked for operation ( PLIF) So be agreed after operation there are not even coming to ward itself
                                    Hardly they visit nd even we call them they totally ignore us.
                                    Very irresponsible
                                    We are in ward no 10, old bldg 2nd floor
                                    Like if some is on death bed then also they will not listen or help then what to say
                                    same issues with wards sisters also they behave like uneducated person and very arrogant
                                    Higly disappointed
                                    Very bad behaviour of doctors nd sisters
                                    And also i big issue even they have all medicines they ask us every time to bring it from outside and they have lab, blood bank then too ask us to bring from outside hospital

                                      Date 18th Mar 2022, late night 9.30 pm to 2.30am, my wife was one and half month pregnant, on late night for some stomach pain, me and my wife reach to wadia hospital, doctor want sonography report, on 18th march for holi celebration all clinic and labs are close, I refer KEM Sonography ward when we reach there get the OPD form and submit on window no.17 and pay the charges, then wait till two and half hours after we got
                                      appointment, on same time ward boy came with some guys with patient and doctor also cooperate with those ward boy and operate his patient, and my wife ask to doctor we are waiting from more than 2 hours, then doctor arrogantly gave a answer i never operate to my wife, that's a shocking for me, after long discussion we leave, my wife also a private hospital staff, and already i Had two surgery in KEM Hospital,
                                      but this time i really disappoint.

                                      whole night my wife cant sleep for those stomach pain, next day i reach to private lab and get the report,

                                      we lost our baby doctor advise abortion.
                                      for some irresponsible staff and miss use of right normal public face lots of problem.
