[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — An prepaid Order Placed on 31 July but not received yet and company is not even cancelling the order | |||
I have ordered on 31 July 2015 (AB436173) and it is not received until 17 August 2015 whereas the company claim for delivery withing 10 working days. Further my order was an prepaid order and the delivery person who called for delivery informed that this is an COD order. On checking with the company the order was a prepaid order in their data base, however the voucher with the delivery man was of COD. On contacting the customer case of the ASK ME Bazaar they told me to collect the order by making the cash payment to the deliver man and then put a complain for the payment conflict. I should say to the team stop fooling customer with your fraud tactics. Also I got to know that they don't have a call back facility at their back end on the this number [protected]. All I can say that they are a big cheaters and people should learn from our experience. Now they are not delivering the product and neither cancelling the order. Was this information helpful? | |||
