I have taken this below mentioned product from you people and when delivered it was found broken. Some days back i have called up at your customer service number and asked for refund and they assured me that with in 2-3 days some guy will come to pick it up and after that we will refund your amount, But still now even till now no body came to pick it up and i have no idea of my refund status.
