Ask Me Bazaar — Broken items

I ordered a combo of three items including a couple of watches and one aviators worth Rs. 589 bearing the order no. as AB 900998 and when I received the items, I found both the watches broken which made me feel so pathetic as it was my first experience with ask me bazar.com which proved out to be a wrong one. Kindly return my money as soon as possible and I am not using any of the items and they are in the same shape and form as I received them. Please return my money...
