Hi This is saurabh. I have purchased a power bank. my order id is AB2745057. This product is not working. I have already written the mail regarding on this on 12th of may 2015 . Today i made a call on your customer care, the response was totally negative. As per company policy i should inform to company with in 48 hour & i did it by mail. First of all i have never seen this kind of worst policy in any e commerce v company. I want a complete feedback about this matter. i need my money back. this is the worst company i have ever seen.
