[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar.com — Faulty & Damaged Product Selling | |||
HI, My name is Shirin Kumar, I made a ordered with Askmebazzar.com for Elegator Shoes, on 16th August 2015, with the Order Number ABF2395224, and the Product Got Delivered to me on 19th August 2015, After Receiving the product due to some reason I went out of the town, Then when I came back on 25th August, I opened the Product and try to use the Shoes and found that both the Shoes are for Left Foot. Then I called to Askmebazaar.com, then they raised my complaint and asked me that they will refund my money back with in 2-3 days, and the product will get back from your Home, Now after 4 days, they again called me that they will not refund any amount nor they can't do anything, as per policy, So I checked on the Site I didn't find the policy where it is, and when some one is going to buy a product even at that nothing is mentioned like that on the page, Now the Product is useless and nothing to use and waste of my money, and the Product quality is also very cheap, and in the Picture they shows high quality and when I received its very Cheap, they are making fool to people. and the Seller who is selling the Product is Elegator Sales (MangolPuri Kalan Rohini Sector 2 delhi) Now I want to refund my money back.
