Ask Me Bazaar.com — Faulty product - order no AB3468621 - not yet exchanged/refunded after assurance | |||
After my interaction with askme bazar executive I was assured that the product ordered from their online store will be returned and money will be refunded to my bank account. However I have not yet heard anything from ask me bazar, so I would like to complain against this kind of fraud where firstly the consumer was delivered faulty product which isn't in working condition. Secondly, after assuring return of product & refund of money askme bazar is not responding. Lastly, I am feeling more insecure as they have my bank account details which was requested was ask me bazar through mail. So I am scare there shouldn't be further forgery done by this nuisance e-commerce portal. Can this complaint please be bringing to the notice of Govt of India so that they ban this kind of business practice? Was this information helpful? | |||
