[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar.com — Non delivery of product

Sir, I had ordered my product on 30th October and it was supposed to be delivered in 10 working days. First of all they had not mentioned there that the product will be delivered in 10 working days. Secondly, it was supposed to be delivered today i.e 13/11/15 but they still haven't dispatched my order and moreover they have no reason for the non dispatching.

No steps have been taken yet..And it's been 13 days. I Will sue the Site. I will go to any length and will make them pay for the problems they have caused to Me.
