with reference to the subject note above and my order no. AB3688117 dated 21st June, 2015, i have to say that i had made online payment but product received COD, for which i had paid and assured to get back my double payment refund within seven days. after that i had made more than 100 CALLS and several mails but couldn't get the refund till yet. every time i was made call to their helpline they made the complaint new and my previous complain was said to be closed either i have verified the same by return call or not and after several attempt a massage was received in November 15 that my refund will be credited in three days but the same was not received. on 20 th Dec 15 i made call to their helpline i was told to mail to them with scanned copy of passbook and i mailed the same to them. but not get any response. again today i have complained to their help line again they said that they will made new complain and i have to send again mail, and i forwarded the same to them and i have been told that in two or three days i have to receive a call after that they will proceed. and if i haven't pick up the same due to my office hour as i worked in the court where picking call is not allowed. they will close my complain.
i want to know that how many times i have to verify their call, . as earlier i have verified their call several times. and when i will get my
refund. as i have already spent more than 300 rupees on calling them some times more than half an hour as they hold my call for the same period.
so pl look in to the matter urgently and punish them as per law for harassing me mentally and financial. Was this information helpful? |
the matter has not been resolved since i didnt get my refund of Rs. 740/- yet. i have checked my account today and found that the amount hasnt been recieved.
it is the nature of ask me bazzar helpline that they always closed the customers complain and they treat their close complain as resolved.
kindly ask them that when and where they have refunded my refund. as i have given my SBI account on which i didnt get the same
so after a lapse of eight months and several phone calls to them and more than fifty complains to their helpline and several mail i couldnt get the refund yet.

inspite of recieving the call they couldnt dispose of the same and close the same. every time i call their help line they register a fresh complain and said that they will verify the same by phone and on several verification call i got one massage in november 15 that my refund has been processed and i will get the same in a week. but since then three months more lapse and i could not get the same yet.
so pls look in to the matter atonce
other wise i will go the court of consumer.
