Ask Me Bazaar.com — Reverse pick up done but no refund

I had ordered two carpet order no AB4603312 and AB4603348, recieved worst quality dusty bedsheet type. Complained and reverse pickup was done on 25.08.2015.I was supposed to get refund but not got. Called up 1015 times not most incompetent set of workers. Cheater organization, worst service. Fraud company cheating people. I need my refund at the earliest please help.
