Hi All, I placed an order on 15th June 2015 for a HP 16GB Metal pen-drive (Order# AB3584942) with Ask Me Bazaar.com. I called the call center[protected] multiple times to inquire the status of shipment. Today it is 03rd July 2015 and I only called them (as usual) and got the answer that the product has been cancelled and that too without customer's (my) permission. Further I had applied one coupon, which I lost now because of this cancelled order. Now when I am asking them to place the order for the price and offer that was accepted earlier (as on 15th June), they are not ready to do so. This is pathetic service from Ask me and this is absolute cheating and they are not trust worthy. They are not fit for doing business. Shame on Ask Me Bazaar.com that they cheated and could not deliver even a small simple product like a pen-drive. And what customer service can you expect for high priced and big products. I request all of you, please do not purchase any product, do not place any order on the Ask Me Bazaar.com website. Thank you, Angry Customer Was this information helpful? | |||
