[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Delay in Order Cancellation & Yet to Refund | |||
One of the worst online site I ever seen in India . Immediately needs to be stop this site if they continue such bad service . I have placed order on 7th July and same day received confirmation stating "You Order AB3966685 from Shukla & Sons Textile is being processed " As per promise date I was waiting the product but unluckily didn't get any further communication for delay so called customer people .As per there communication again i need to wait 5 to 6 working days to verify why product not delivered on time . I have to wait because I am prepaid customer. Finally received message from Askmebazaar on 27th July 2015 saying Your Order from Shukla & Sons Textile at Askmebazaar is cancelled . We will initiate the refund process 3 to 5 working days for prepaid Order After reading order cancellation message naturally anyone can get dissatisfied with service. As per there promise date refund process again I need to wait which is unacceptable . After 3 to 5 working days again called customer people asking why refund process not done . As usual they need 5 to 7 days to verify why refund process not done .Customer cannot wait such a long time .Look like AskmeBazaar people not at all serious in maintaining good relationship with customer . I have gone through public comments about Askmebazaar very bad feedback from most of the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
