Ask Me Bazaar — Delay in refund-order AB3609148

I bought a power bank from ask me bazaar by online payment mode but when I got the power bank, it came as "cash on delivery", I bought the power bank by cash and was given the confirmation by customer care executive that that the money will be refunded in 7 days. I have called many a times but is not getting my money back. please see to the issue
