i bought a samsung 9000mah power bank . i received this product at 2 may 2015 .i checksame day the produt is chang and not working . i do complain same day and my complain no. is QRC456807 . pick up the product and not give me refund after 1 month i do call on std charg he talk me do wait refund on process. this line is liston me on 13 june 2015 . i do call on [protected] more then 35 time . plz solve my problem . thanks
