[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — For order no. Ab11070078p2526169 - received order delivered message but did not recieve product which is already prepaid.

For order no. Ab11070078p2526169, i made this order on 24th march 2016 in the name of my friend darpan yadav then i received order deliverd message but i didn't recieved my product. I already made payment for the product. And for the same purpose i made complaint to the company. First complaint on 30 march 2016 and complaint no. Is qrc88484309, the company said that they will respond within 7 days, when i didn't recievd any assistance then i maid another complaint on 4th april 2016 and complaint no. Is qrc90038898.
Now the company is not giving me any response. I feel like my money has sunk as i don't have product in my hand and the company is not giving any sign for delivering my product. I request to consumercomplaints.In to help me in either delivering my product or refunding my money back.
