[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Got wrong product and never get solution from customer support team | |||||
I have purchased HTC One A9S. Got it delivered on 16th December. But i am not satisfied with the color of product. i have raised a complaint also on 17th December and raised this issue. My complaint number is: QRC5465. Before purchasing the product i had a inquiry regarding return/replacement policy and mentioned that if you are not satisfied with product. you can return/replace it in 48 hrs. There is no refection in my orders in my account. My order is still showing "Order not found" status even after delivering product. While purchasing it was mentioned that i will 367 askme cash. Even that has not reflected in my account. After calling 5 to 6 times, i have not got any proper response. Every time i am getting different answers and different conditions. Now asking for sending photos also. I have attached it here with. Externally dissatisfied with the service and want to return it back the product..
