[Resolved]  Ask Me Bazaar — I had returned the product and it has been a month now till now they have not refunded

I had returned this product on 9th of December and it was delivered to askme bazaar address on 13th of December.

1) Not a single Call, i got from their end.
2) Till now, No updates on Refund.
3) Tried calling their customer care number, Got a response saying 'Product Received Status is not yet updated in your system'. Then who has received the product then, what is happening with the product.
4) First of all, Product was not good at all. So i wanted to return. Now this strange thing is happening with me. First and Bad Experience i had with Askmebazaar. With Snapdeal, Myntra and Flipkart i never faced this kind of issue before.
5) I called up so many times to customer care number, they are saying in 24 working hours it will get resolved, it has been a 5 days now - no calls received, no any proper response.
6) Even i called up courier delhi branch, they confirmed that the product has been delivered to provided address.
Don't know what else to do it. Please take necessary action.

I went to professional courier today and they have confirmed that the product has been delivered to your address on 13th of January. And they said proof of delivery they will receive once in a month and it will take time to receive proof of delivery in my town.

However, i have given you the courier contact number and receipt. Why don't you guys itself call them up and check who has received it.

I have done my Job in returning the product to the provided address. Now, its not my duty to go ahead and check who has received it. Its your address only rite. That is your HEADACHE. Do whatever you wanted to check who has received in your provided address. But i want my money by TODAY itself. It has been a month now. I cannot wait for more days.
