[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Incorrect product delievery | |||
To AskMeBazaar, The story goes like this, I have ordered one so called earphones "Beats Tour With Control Talk Monster in Ear Headphones-830981" ( order number - AB3555913DUP4) and (Complain ID-QRC[protected] which are very cheap in quality and instead of sending me two earphones, you guys have sent me only one for the price of two. I have spoken to different different representatives from past two months for the refund of mere 500 rupees. Sunil, Ekta, Sonia, Simran, . Ashwini, Rahul Rawal (Team leader ), Savita, and Sonali (Team Leader) - These all AskMeBazaar reps told me the same thing that someone will call you from back end team to collect the product in 2-3 days and refund will come in 7 days. now i dont understand that do we have 2-3 days in 2 months that I have spent or not. This entire thing is going to be everywhere. And lastly if I am not getting refund in the bank account provided as soon as possible, then I am going to file a complain of fraudery and cheating with the customers. plus grahaksuraksha complain also.
