[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Mop | |||||
I ordered for a mop online with the order number ABF2680839 and i received the order after 1 week as i work i didn't have the time to open and check the product and use it. As I had a holiday today ie Feb 13th 2016 i opened the product and tried using it the there is no lock and the bottom of the mop, so when i tried using the mop it was not stable and it was getting bent as there is no lock to lock the mop at the bottom. Horrible customer care they hung up the phone on me 5 times. They are picking up the call with all sorry's and saying we cannot do anything. I saved 50 rs and i wasted the same on the phone calls i made to them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
